Makmeugang is the Acehnese tradition to celebrate the special day of Lebaran. It is celebrated 3 times each years; 1-2 days before Ramadhan, a day before Idul Fitri and a day before Idul Adha. All Acehnese celebrate this tradition by eating meat based cuisine while gathering with family, friends, and neighbors.
