Abstract

The Open Schools Program (OSP) has changed the map of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education in Cambodia. Through this Program, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport has developed a Master Plan for ICT in Education that will ensure efficient, harmonized and equitable development of the use of ICT in Education in Cambodia for the coming five years. The rest of the article will describe in detail all effort of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia in establishing ICT- based distance learning program through partnership with other institutions.
