This handbook is developed based upon the existing curriculum used in the course of
Introduction to Nutritional Anthropology with some expansion in some of the chapters
based on the teaching and learning experiences in the class.  The handbook is presented
in three parts i.e. foundation of nutritional anthropology, socio-cultural aspects of
nutrition, and methods in the field of nutritional anthropological studies.  Within each
chapter, case study and learning activities are provided for enhancing clarity and
stimulating further thinking/discussion.
